Freelance Recruitment can assist you on an “as needed “ basis at a fraction of the cost of using an Private Employment Agency .

 

Freelance Recruitment is able to assist you with end to end recruitment, or any part of the recruitment process that will allow you to concentrate on your core business.

 

As your in-house consultant, Freelance Recruitment can take care of all the time consuming aspects of the recruitment process and provide you with a short list of pre-qualified candidates ready for you to interview.  Shortlisting applications is my forte. I provide my clients a highly experienced and cost effective resource to optimise best results in either end to end recruitment, or any of the steps within the short listing process. 

 

I can work with your business / company - on an as needed basis providing advice and recruitment support at a fraction of the cost of using an agency recruiter.


 

Consultancy Services

  • Freelance Recruitment will advertise on your behalf or you the “client” can advertise the position and then forward applications to Freelance Recruitment for assessment (applicant responses can also be sent direct to Freelance Recruitment via any SEEK advertisement)
  • I shortlist the resumes and do first round phone interviews
  • I can then do initial face to face interviews and provide my clients with a Candidate Profile outlining key strengths and capabilities in relation to each position (optional)
  • Organise client interviews
  • Reference check
  • Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates

Please Note: I do not charge a placement fee based on salary – but rather charge on an hourly basis for the hours worked in shortlisting for the position - providing my clients with a cost effective, on call - recruitment resource.
